The Eden Prairie Track and Field Association (EPTFA) is a not for profit charitable organization dedicated to the promotion, teaching and fostering of amateur track and field to youth in grades 1st to 5th of Eden Prairie and surrounding communities.
Prior to the end of early bird registration (2/28) = 100% of fee less $5 per athlete registered.
Between the closing of early bird registration (2/28) and the closure of registration (3/14) = 75% of fee less $5 per athlete registered.
After the closure of registration (3/14) but before the season starts (4/4): = 50% of fee less $5 per athlete registered.
After the start of the season (4/4) = EPTFA will not refund your fee.

Notes: The reduction of $5 is done to cover the cost of the credit card fee that the association incurred upon registration. The decreasing refund amount is the result of expenses that EPTFA incurs as the season approaches.
