Track and Field registration is Open!

Details on the 2026 Season can be found below. Registration closes March 30th. A $25 late fee is added to registrations after March 1st.

Download the Sports Engine app for schedule, team chat, and roster information. The app is a great resource for communicating with your coach and finding out about schedules. 

EPTFA Board

General Season Information

Grades: 1st - 5th (Eden Prairie and non-Eden Prairie athletes welcome!)

Season Length: early April - late May

Schedule: 

• Coaches clinic April 6th
• First practice (all ages) April 7th
• Track meets April 18th, April 25th, May 2nd, May 9th, and May 16th

Practices:

• 1st - 3rd grade: Monday nights 6-7PM
• 4th and 5th grade: Tuesday nights 6-7:15PM

Meets: 

• 5 meets starting mid April, Saturdays
• 4th - 5th grade: 8 - 9:30AM (typically)
• 1st - 3rd grade: 10- 11:30AM (typically)

Location: Central Middle School Track, Eden Prairie

Costs

• $75/athlete
• $25 late fee (after March 1st)

Registration: 

• Opens January 2nd
• Late registration begins March 2nd
• Registration closes March 30th
• Register before March 22nd to have athlete's name on the shirt

Coaches: EPTFA Track & Field season requires volunteer coaches. We typically need roughly 10-12 coaches per grade. No experience is required and we offer a coaching clinic to support coaches.
